Meet Krysta

With more than 15 years experience with nonprofit organizations, Krysta Cowling launched Adaptly – a firm that provides resources and management services for nonprofits. As an expert in operations and capacity building, Krysta helps nonprofits stay organized and on task while achieving their community vision.

Krysta is a community builder at heart; she loves bringing people together, listening, and finding ways to help address community needs.

Krysta is motivated by projects that contain a social and environmental impact. As past Executive Director of La Bikery Co-operative, Krysta has won several awards for her community work including a Parks Canada NB Award for Sustainable Tourism and a YWCA Women of Distinction Award.
