Food For All NB leads the advancement of food security in New Brunswick. They organize a variety of events and webinars throughout the year bringing together a vast array of food actors to inform, connect, and engage around policies, initiatives, and strategies to improve food systems and food security. Adaptly Nonprofit Solutions provided interim executive director support and led a change in their organizational structure giving them the foundation to better meet their goals.
Krysta Cowling supported the Food For All NB team as an Interim Executive Director during a one year maternity leave. She managed a small team of remote and hybrid employees, prepared funding proposals, and ensured ongoing project deliverables were met.
What made this contract unique was that Food For All NB was a project of another organization, and had been working towards incorporation and independence for several years. We worked with the leadership team of Food For All NB to determine the best strategic approach to transitioning the team to a new organizational structure.
