Geneviève Latour

Geneviève is an activist and community organizer living in Rogersville, New Brunswick. Passionate about social and environmental justice, she is co-chair of the Regroupement Féministe de Nouveau-Brunswick. She is also involved with:

  • New Brunswick Farmers Union
  • Rogersville Food Bank;
  • Board of Directors of her village grocery store
  • Coopérative Ferme Terre Partagée
  • Association des bibliothécaires, professeures et professeurs de l’Université de Moncton

As an associate consultant with Adaptly Solutions, Geneviève currently supports a francophone network of services for victims of violence, Réseau des services aux victimes de violence du Nouveau-Brunswick. Together, we seek to identify and address the systemic barriers that survivors of violence may encounter on their path to economic security.

She also works at the Rogersville Public Library, as a lecturer at the Université de Moncton, and as coordinator of the Festival Folk Racines.
Passionate about reading, matcha, gardening, and spending time with her three children, she is an ecofeminist activist. She wants to do her part to change the world.
